July 2020,
For many of us lockdown was the catalyst for a step-change in attitudes towards our living space, the pace of modern life, home working and how we might spend all the time saved by not commuting.
With pubs and restaurants closed many of us discovered the joys of running, cycling and exercise classes before and after work .
This has in turn created a significant shift in demand from smaller city flats to larger dwellings in the suburbs and the concomitant green and open space.
There’s been a seismic shift in demand from more trendy Central London hot-spots to greener, more open spaces with great links into The City.
Newscabal reported that:
“…eight out of the 10 most common searches on Zoopla were for suburban areas in south and mainly south-west London. Potential buyers were drawn to properties in affluent, verdant districts such as Richmond upon Thames, Twickenham and Kingston upon Thames, where residents can wander among the deer of Richmond or Bushy parks or along the meandering riverbank.”
Twickenham Serviced Apartments
Vantage Apartments are located across the greener (like our company colour) parts of suburban London such as: Leafy Twickenham, Hampton Court, Kingston-Upon-Thames, Teddington and Feltham. A vast majority of our apartments have outside space in the shape of a balcony and/or terrace. We also provide balcony furniture, so you can sit back and unwind after a long day at work; with your favourite drink. Find out more here.
