A fantastic and well set out 2 bedroom apartment. Clean, comfortable and good in terms of facilities. The host was extremely proactive (in a good way) and also very responsive to questions and issues. The location overall was great and the variety in the area for food is excellent. A very comfortable and spacious 1 BR with very large balcony. Flooded with morning sunshine. 50 meters from beautiful Thames Path and a 10 min walk to Bushy Park, the second largest Royal Park and a joy for dogs, walks and runs. Across street from Hampton Court train station so 25 mins to Waterloo and a few stops to Wimbleton and District Line. A great place!

This Richmond apartment is lovely – spacious, modern, clean, well furnished and equipped, and full of bright natural light. It’s also right in the middle of town, surrounded by shops/restaurants and a short walk from the train and bus station. A bus which stops almost right outside the flat runs straight to Heathrow as well. Charming Kingston is very well connected to London, but completely stressfree. Doing the Kingston Parkrun is a good start on Saturdaymorning. Walking the towpath in either direction is really nice. Nice places to eat and drink on the Riverside. The apartment is very good and quiet (you can hear trains, but it doesnot hinder).

We had never stayed in Kingston before and we loved the place. It was very clean and conveniently located. You are moments from the beautiful Tow Path on the Thames river where you have multiple walks/cycling along the river on both sides. You are moments from Kingston Riverside where there are outdoor cafes and you can rent boats to go on the river and watch the white swans.

Daniel and Alex were fantastic and were always there to help where they could.

A few small changes could push this place to exceptional, but it may just the normal for UK? Really overall it was great! Location can’t be beat! There is nothing you’ll need that isn’t steps from your door! It’s street noise loud but that’s not an issue for us! The bed is not Canada cozy (very firm and starchy style sheets), but slept great still! The shower is not older adult friendly (super deep tub, no hand held shower head, no slip mats and water always gets on floor with half glass) but again made it work fine. We felt totally at home, having the kitchen, washer & dryer was great! Very responsive hosts! Totally understood when we declined having viewing for next guests while we were out. The furniture is a bit older, but clean when arrived, we declined housekeeping for ease of who would be in and out and picked up a few products at store that are right by you to clean ourselves, can’t get over amazing location!! We would stay here time and time again. Loved Richmond!!

Lovely apartment in twickenham, 7 minute walk from station and situated among some nice restaurants (twickenham tandoori was our fav) and supermarkets. Had underfloor heating which was comforting in winter and adequate amenities for those who wish to cook at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The location was really good, just a 3 minute walk from the station. I don’t think we could have found such a beautiful and spacious apartment anywhere close to the station. Loved the spontaneity in responding and we got to choose how we wanted the beds to be set up. I think that’s a great thing. The furniture, the rooms, everything was so neatly kept when we checked in, we didn’t feel like using any. It is a beautiful property and highly recommend staying in here.

As a family of four, two adults and two teens we found this apartment to perfectly fit our needs. Having two bathrooms was great as well as a fully equipped kitchen. It was toasty warm, cosy, modern and very peaceful considering it was only one row back from busy Surbiton high street. A fantastic location with Sainsbury’s just across the road as well as the train station and bus routes all within easy walking distance. Although we didn’t use the restaurants close by there were plenty to choose from. All in all a great place to stay and I would recommend.

The view is spectacular! We are just by the River Thames. Lovely walks and a long stretch of restaurants and pubs. Everything such as major supermarkets, train station and bus stops to neighbouring towns all within minus of walking distance. There were a few days of sunshine and was amazing to sit in their huge balcony and enjoying the coming and going all around us. Slightly noisy in the early hours as we are just next to trainline but not unbearable. Daniel is easy to communicate and fast response time.

Felt very safe and comfortable staying here. It suited me perfect and the kitchen is a great size with all needed cooking utensils. The apartment is on the high street so it did get noisy in the evenings even with the windows closed but that is to be expected and not at all a problem for this trip. Three of us stayed during May and we paid an extra 50 GBP to check in earlier. Our host met us and kindly explained all aspects of the apartment. The apartment is centrally located in town, with many supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pubs, bus stops and the train station within metres. You can take stairs or the lift to the first floor apartment. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils and linen. On request, we were provided with a cleaning/dish cloth and dish cleaning brush. We would stay again. Minor observations: The TV reception wasn’t good but Netflix worked fine via the WiFi connection. Is it a British thing that there are no power points/outlets for hairdryers in the bathroom? Couldn’t do my hair in front of a mirror (could do it in front of the wardrobe mirrors in bedroom 2, but our daughter was asleep in there)! Provision of umbrellas would’ve been handy! Some noise from the Tap Tavern, but not enough to bother us.

We stayed in this apartment and had a wonderful time. The apartment was in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and it was spotlessly clean. The host’s representative was very welcoming and helpful, and he explained everything to us in detail. We didn’t have any problems with our late arrival, and everything was also fine with our departure. The facilities in the apartment were all in good working order, and the rooms looked exactly like the photos. Everything corresponded to the description, the bed linen was clean, and the apartment was tidy. Commuting to central London was quick and convenient by train, but it is more expensive for a larger family, even with discounts. We enjoyed our stay without any negative experiences and we are happy to remember it.

Excellent customer service, Daniel and his team member Jack has been an amazing support through out, really humble and accomodative people to interact with and being always prompt. I wanted a small, cosy place which feels like home (I live in a big house with others so I didn’t want to spend my week there) to rest for the first week after a surgery. I loved the flat the moment I entered. Very light, I loved that the living room and kitchen were in one space, big balcony, shower cabin which was very convenient. Great Internet, big TV, comfortable bed, lots of storage. We needed a kitchen suitable for cooking and there was really everything there along with other appliances in the flat like hair dryer, hoover, washing machine. In the heart of Richmond with walking distance to shops, cafes. Just perfect. The communication by Dan was great and very responsive. I and my Mum met Jack when we checked in. He showed everything then we could enjoy our stay without any disturbance. It was hard to leave once the week finished and I know I made the right decision to pick this flat as I had a very relaxing week in an amazing location and a beautiful cosy flat.

He was super friendly and responsive, checking in with me to make sure everything was all right, though I didn’t meet him personally (the building manager Alex was a gem and helped me out on several occasions). The space itself is clean and modern and within a few minutes walk of Twickenham high street and station. Highly recommend!

Our group’s stay at Daniel’s was very nice. The apartment looked just like the photos, it was clean, and spacious (for four people). The surrounding area of Surbiton was walkable and featured a number of establishments (supermarket, delis-including one open until midnight, post office, restaurants, etc.) and public transportation in the general vicinity. Travel to Central London was fairly easy and took less than an hour by public transportation. Overall, our experience was a positive one.

I am a CEO in hospitality sector, I must say Daniel is a fantastic host. Everything that was mentioned – he lived up to the promise. All touch points :- Booking, confirmation, arrival flexibility, having someone meet me on arrival, showing me how everting works, being available 24/7 on phone when there was some small issue. The property is as described, it has all the utilities, kitchen equipment, heating, wi-fi, living room with furniture etc. Not to mention secured underground parking with an elevator and security. I stayed 16 days, and I will try and book again next year when I visit UK again. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Daniel has lived up to his promises!

My partner and I have stayed in several places over the past month whilst apartment hunting here in Twickenham and Vantage’s apartment is by far the best we’ve stayed in. A beautiful, clean and comfortable place in an incredible location. Waitrose and M&S Simply Food are both a few steps away, and Twickenham station is only a few minutes by foot. Multiple bus stops in the area. Though on a busy street, the building was quiet. Every amenity you need is in the flat. Daniel and his team are very responsive and cover every need you may have. Our contact, Alex, was so friendly. We loved the service so much we actually booked a second stay at a different property of Vantage’s. There was a mini heatwave during our stay and it got a bit warm during certain times of day, but there are fans in both the bedroom and living room. If you are looking for a place to stay in Twickenham, this is the one for you.

The place was AMAZING! It was crisp, clean and tidy. You get everything you may need, plates, cutlery, coffee machine and also white goods. We stayed at Wharf House 2-bed apartment as part of my work relocation. We have really enjoyed our stay. Immediately we felt at home. The flat is very well equipped, nicely furnished with excellent quality appliances. The balcony and west facing living room was a plus! Jodie helped us ensure we had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated her efforts to help us get work desks and chairs, to ensure we could work from home comfortably.

The apartment buildings are very well maintained, and the concierge staff are always very friendly and happy to help us. The weekly cleaning service is also excellent – the team are courteous, very thoughtful, efficient and ensure the flat and the building is sparkling clean at all times!

The flat location is excellent, only just across the road from Twickenham train station, which is very well connected and very handy for commuting to central London. Twickenham itself is such a vibrant, lively town – with an excellent range of great restaurants, local attractions and green spaces that are well maintained.

Thank you for hosting my stay at Twickenham Fraser House. It was brilliant. I liked how spacious the apartment is. It felt so bright and airy, yet cosy/relaxing. The shower had great water pressure and the dishwasher and washer dryer were very efficient and worked brilliantly too. The apartment I was allocated was at the back of the building, so got very little street noise. Parking is on-site and with a permit.

The location is amazing. I was only a minutes walk from Waitrose (which does a great selection of nice food/drink) and only a couple of minutes from the charming Church Street. So many nice quaint shops, restaurants and pubs to choose from. The River Thames is so close too! It was so nice to walk along the embankment during the evening sunset.

We had a great stay with Vantage Apartments in Hampton Court. The apartment was very spacious, brightly lit and absolutely spotless right down to crisp sheets on the bed and a good compliment of fluffy towels. The water pressure in the shower was excellent – makes such a difference, as did the speedy wifi. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk, fruit juice and mineral water were provided to get us through the first couple of days plus a few biscuits and some breakfast cereals too. The smart tv had all the apps you could need and there was even a digital radio on the kitchen shelf.

The secure underground parking space was a real bonus and had direct lift access from the garage to our floor, while Hampton Court railway station was literally across the road. As for the street outside, it’s a very safe area with all sorts of restaurants on the doorstep and a couple of pubs too so we were spoiled for choice. Overall a very comfortable place to live with so many amenities within just a few steps. Many thanks.

We really enjoyed staying at Vantage Apartments Palace View. The two main reasons for that are apartment design and its location in heart of Hampton Court. It’s a very well equipped and nice 3 bedroom flat, it offers a very nice view of nearby places. It is also very well located; lots of restaurants and convince shops nearby, and parks around to enjoy outdoors activities. Regular cleaning services and management always available to help.
