Yet it’s still surrounded by all the delights of the town centre:  from Richmond Green and Richmond Park to the Thames riverside and all the lovely pubs, restaurants and bars it’s so well-known for. It’s just a 4 minute walk to Richmond tube and rail station. The fastest train from London Waterloo to Richmond takes just 16 minutes.

Location

The apartments are situated in a cul-de-sac in the centre of Richmond opposite the Tap Tavern pub and Electric Coffee Company and above Caffé Nero, a 4-minute walk to Richmond tube and train station and a 2-minute walk to Richmond Green.

The royal borough of Richmond upon Thames is part of Greater London and is 8 miles south west of central London. It’s 2.5 miles to the M4 and 7 miles to Heathrow airport.

Richmond is convenient for Kingston upon Thames, Twickenham, Kew, Chiswick, Ham, Isleworth, Brentford, St Margarets, Petersham, Sheen, Mortlake and Gunnersbury.

Transport

The apartments are a 4-minute walk from Richmond Rail, Tube and Overground station, which is TFL travel zone 4.

By direct train it’s 16 minutes from Waterloo, 10 from Feltham, 8 from Clapham Junction, 5 from Putney and 4 from Twickenham. By direct underground or tube it’s 46 minutes from Tower Hill, 32 from Victoria, 26 from South Kensington, 6 from Gunnersbury (for Chiswick) and 3 from Kew Gardens.

Please note that the fastest train from Waterloo to Richmond is 16 minutes but it’s slower the other way, going into Waterloo.

The quickest way to Heathrow is a 10 minute train to Feltham and then a 10 minute bus or taxi to Heathrow but you can also go by tube if you change at Turnham Green and Acton Town and it takes around 45 minutes.

Apartment details

All apartments feature an open-plan kitchen/living area, a fully fitted kitchen, 80Mbps Wifi, a 49 inch Smart TV, a washer/dryer, separate dryer and a balcony. The kitchens have a full fridge freezer and a full size dishwasher. The living areas have a dining table with four chairs, three double sofa-beds and a coffee table. The main bathrooms feature a shower over bath. The en-suite bathrooms have a large shower cubicle. Both bedrooms have zip & link beds, so choose between a king double or twin singles.  Other features include built-in wardrobes and twin bedside tables with reading lamps.

Flooring: carpets in bedrooms, tiles in bathrooms and engineered wood elsewhere.

The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments are 75 square metres (807 square feet).

There are three utility closets, one with a washer dryer and separate dryer, one with an ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and laundry baskets and a third for storage. The living areas are beautifully decorated and furnished, the bathrooms are spacious and sleek, and the bedrooms are stylish and comfortable.

There’s an office desk and chair in the bedroom.

As well as hosting many famous high street chains, Richmond is well known for its boutiques, antiques and jewellers, which can mostly be found in the quaint pedestrian lanes leading from Richmond Green, namely Brewers Lane & Paved Court.
